How do I do this? How not to make the most of it? 🙂
Take a walk* for 2 hours, around the city and listen to noise cars, trams, trains, people, construction noise. Generally listen to all that you don’t need. Do not turn on any development podcast, audiobook. This way you won’t learn anything new, you won’t use that time and you may not be successful.
Go to the forest for two hours and turn on a demanding audiobook, podcast, or even better – turn on some split, as loud as possible. Do not listen to the singing of birds, the sound of trees, do not appreciate the silence. In this way, you will not achieve peace of mind and you will certainly not succeed!

How to be stronger? How to run fast? When you look at the running books or read on the groups (discussion), you will learn that you have to: train harder, train less, train fast, train slowly, do not train, train, run fast and long, run long and slow, run fast and short, and a few other combinations 😉 Yes, it’s true. That’s all true!!!
Take as an example a well-known *long-distance”** runner. He broke the world records for 2 and 3 miles (3.2km, 4.8km) and 5000 and 10000 meters, but over the weekend he did himself a “free” run – 27 kilometers! And what, we should all do it? Nope.
10 repetitions and moderate weight, 12 and smaller, two, maybe 3 series, 4 series, or maybe the way of the old strong men – until the dumbbells fall out of their hands, relax and again? And what is it for? Forcibly? Mass? Sculpture? Yes, no, maybe. This is what it looks like… sometimes also in professional magazines.
And why is that? It depends…
If you want to understand it all, remember it, make a plan, Then I will tell you that yes – you will do it. However, even though I can lay tiles, I prefer to outsource it to someone who spends a lot more time making tiles than I do. I don’t listen to two tile podcasts every day, I don’t read 3 tile articles every day, I don’t read 20 pages in books about tiles, tiles, and tiles. Although I can lay them down, Somehow I do not engage in this phenomenon.
So if you want to outsource training and even cross-country “tiles” to someone, do it. It is best to choose a person who trains and is a coach. Not every player is a good coach, nor will every coach be a good player. That is, it is not enough to be able to shoot someone well on the calf, you still need to be able to explain it, learn and not spoil anything.
Apply to the trainer and it will help you squeeze out of what you already have and know – the maximum. Maybe it will also say more than you will find in the book, the Internet…
